Medical professions perform Shoulder and Elbow Arthroscopy with an insertion of a small camera through a small  incision made near the shoulder or elbow joint. Shoulder Arthroscopy repairs injury caused by heavy lifting, repetitive movements and falls; whereas, elbow arthroscopy rectifies bone spurs, tennis elbow, cartilage and joint issues caused by arthritis or injury.
